Refer a Friend: Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Scheme Start date: 1st December 2021 – Referrers property must have completed after this date to qualify for this scheme. In this case neither party will receive the £100 voucher.
  2. A referral is validated where a full 1% fee (or minimum £1,500 on properties below £150,000) must have been paid by both parties to qualify. Where a reduced fee has been paid by either party – neither party will qualify to receive the voucher.
  3. The initial referral must take place within 12 months of completion of the referrers property to qualify.
  4. The ‘Refer a friend’ scheme must be mentioned at the point of booking the market appraisal or at the market appraisal itself. Once a referral is validated it will be added to the contract.
  5. The referral fee will be given in the way of a gift voucher which will be delivered within 31 days of completion of the property sale.
  6. Referral fee cannot be exchanged.
  7. You cannot refer yourself or anyone living in your address.
  8. The offer is not valid where the friend is, or has at some time, been a customer with David Davies Sales & Lettings Agent.
  9. Refer a friend is valid for residential customers only. Business customers excluded.
  10. We will withhold rewards where we suspect fraudulent activity. All decisions made by David Davies Sales & Lettings Agent will be final.
  11. Management has the right to withdraw or amend this offer.
