David was one of the area’s most respected professionals. He created and led the entire David Davies operation whilst keeping a very ‘hands on’ approach. Property valuing was one of his areas of expertise. For many years with his beloved ‘Golden Retriever’ Barney. His experience spanned some four decades. David was married to Paula and was a devoted father of twin boys Harry & Luke. David’s professionalism and vast experience still provides the inspiration and driving force behind the company.
MNAEA AGPP Chairperson
Paula stepped formally into the business in 2013 and has ate, slept and drank the business since 1999, co owning with her husband David until his death. Paula remains in the business as Chairperson, working alongside our MD Adam Cotham. Achieving her NAEA qualification in 2017. In a previous life she travelled the world. They have twin boys Harry & Luke, who keep Paula very busy. In her spare time (which she is still looking for) she likes to rest!
Managing Director
Adams bubbly personality is one of his biggest assets, there’s never a dull day in the office when he’s around. Adam was born and bred in St Helens, his local knowledge is unrivalled and having spent all of his career within sales means he was an obvious choice and is a clear asset to the team. When he’s not in the office Adam loves nothing more than watching his beloved LFC. Adam’s biggest achievement was climbing to Everest Base camp in 2018 to raise funds for The Steve Prescott Foundation.
Office Manager
Laura has a great personality and works hard to build & maintain great relationships with our landlords and tenants alike. She always goes above and beyond for everyone and really enjoys her job. Having joined the David Davies Sales & Lettings Team in January 2018, she has worked her way up to her current position as Office Manager. Laura says that she ‘feels proud to be part of a well-respected and long-established company.’ When she’s not working Laura enjoys socialising with friends, eating out, spending time with family and taking holidays abroad.
Accompanied Viewing Representative
Brian has a wonderful personality which means he is perfect for his role as our Accompanied Viewing Representative. He has been helping clients to view their prospective new homes and helping with the process that involves for 6 years with us now and is a reliable, well respected and enthusiastic member of the team.
AGPP Sales & Lettings Co-ordinator
Gill has worked for the business for 20+ years and has a wealth of customer service skills. Moving home can have its stresses so Gill is focused on ensuring the clients’ experience is second to none. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, especially her granddaughter. She enjoys nothing more than leisurely walks with her 3 dogs…a pub lunch en route is a must at weekends.
Lettings Coordinator
Ben joined the David Davies team in April 2021. He studied at Leeds University achieving a business degree. Ben works in the award winning Lettings department. Ben's goal is to help David Davies continue to grow. In his spare time Ben enjoys watching Liverpool play and nights out with mates
Office Dogs Body
Doogle Davies joined the company in 2016. He is the happiest little ball of fluff and guaranteed to put a smile on your face when your walk through our door. Doogle mainly assists working in the kitchen area, sniffing out treats, checking everyone has the right lunches! He enjoys getting muddied up, playing zoomies and accepting belly rubs. You can find Doogle sitting quietly under Paula’s desk snoozing.
Sales Co Ordinator
Francesca has recently joined the David Davies Team in August 2023. She has a diverse educational background, having studied English Language, Sociology, and Fine Art during her time in college. One notable aspect of Francesca's life is her long-standing interest in estate agency, which she has shown since a young age. This passion has led her to explore different locations by moving houses six times, allowing her to gain a deeper understanding of different areas. Francesca's combination of academic knowledge in various subjects and her interest in real estate makes her a valuable addition to the David Davies Team.
