How do I enter?

List & Sell your property with David Davies Sales & Lettings Agent in 2021 to be entered into the prize draw.

When will the draw take place?

The draw will take place Christmas 2021 (date to be confirmed)

What can I win?

There are 40 fabulous prizes to be won including the TOP PRIZE: Win the cost of your fee back in cash.

Terms & Conditions:

- To enter you must have signed your agreement to list your property FOR SALE with David Davies Sales & Lettings Agent between January 1st 2021 & December 23rd 2021 inclusive.

- You will receive your prize upon completion of the sale (i.e. if you are drawn out as a winnner but your sale is only due for completion in January you will receive your prize on the completion date).

-Should, after the date of the draw, the sale of the property not complete with David Davies Sales & Lettings Agent that prize will go back into the draw and another winner will be chosen at random.

-Grand Prize: If the completion date is prior to the date of the draw you will receive payment in the amount of the fee listed in your agreement (not including the VAT) within 30 days of the date of the draw. If your completion date is post the draw date of the draw we would waive our fee listed in the agreement for that property.

-Please keep your ticket safe until the date of the draw.

-The entry ticket & prize will only be issued to the person/people named on the agreement. 1 ticket per property. and cannot be transferred to another person. 

-Prize can only be collected by a person named in the signed agreement.

-Entry to the competition is for private individuals only and does not extend to registered companies/businesses selling with us.
