North-West expansion plan
David Davies Sales & Lettings Agent is this year celebrating 40 years as one of the area’s best known and highly respected brands. To mark this occasion the company is launching a Grand Prize Draw. It is exciting times as the company also unveiled plans to become one of the North Wests’ fastest growing estate agencies. The poignant date of 1st March 2021, St David’s Day, will see the opening of two new state of the art offices. The expansion doesn’t stop there, the company has already made its first acquisition of 2021.
David Davies Sales & Lettings Agent has now taken control of local agent Aspire. Managing Director Paula Davies states “The acquisition of Aspire marks the start of our local growth. Now that all existing Aspire Clients have been contacted, we are pleased to announce this significant gain. Aspire are clearly a customer focused company which will mould well within our brand due in part to the excellent leadership from its management team.
We are thrilled to welcome the Aspire team into the David Davies fold. Sinead & Dan are clearly accustomed to delivering-the standards expected within our company and will only enhance our current fold. We are gaining 2 excellent team members.”
This acquisition represents another step for David Davies, who this week also announced the opening of 2 further offices within the borough of St Helens. Eccleston and St Helens town centre.
The first of the new offices will be taking the business back to where it all started, with the late David Davies aged 24 opening his first office in St Helens town centre. Duke Street, long established as one the main arterial routes into the town centre, presented itself as the perfect location to re-establish a presence in the heart of the town once again. Plus, with Free parking facility it will offer clients great accessibility.
The second of the new offices will be in the heart of The Parish of Eccleston on Kiln Lane. David Davies Sales & Lettings Agent have held a long-standing connection with the location since the first house was sold there by David himself in 1981. In fact, the Chairman Andrew Mikhail grew up in Eccleston and his father, Dr K Mikhail, a highly respected figure in the community ran his practice on Broadway until his retirement. The building has now been converted into another cherished Eccleston business owned by the family, Planet Kids day nursery. As you can see, David Davies Sales and Lettings Agent have deep rooted connections with Eccleston which will only strengthen with the opening of the new office.

Our planned growth is incredibly exciting and will not only see offices throughout the whole borough of St Helens but will see an expansion into Wigan, Warrington, Sefton and beyond within the next 12 months with building work already underway on many of the next locations. The planned expansion is expected to create around 30 new roles across the North West which is fabulous.’.
